Extended Abstract Deadlines

Prospective Authors are invited to submit a 1-page extended abstract presenting cutting-edge research related to Artificial Intelligence or Cognitive Science. The 1-page extended abstract will be included in the online proceedings (but not in the Springer Proceedings). The dates for 1-page extended abstracts are as follows:

  • Submission Deadline - Friday the 11th of November 2022
  • Acceptance Notification - Tuesday the 15th of November 2022

All indicated times are EOD, 23:59 Irish time.


Submission of one page extended abstracts:

  • A new submission field has been enabled in EasyChair.
  • Login EasyChair here
  • Select "author > My Submissions > View > Add or update files"
  • Click "Browse" for the new field "Extended Abstract", select your one page extended abstract .pdf
  • Click "Submit"
  • Your extended abstract should now be submitted.

Preparation of the 1-page extended abstract

Authors of accepted abstracts are:
 Required to present their work in the form of a poster;

Submission steps for 1-page abstracts (the following information is mandatory)

  • The title of the abstract.
  • Names and affiliations for all authors of the abstract.
  • Original Submission Paper ID
  • Keywords
  • PDF Attachment
