Full/Student Paper

Final Submission Requirement:
You are required to upload a CAMERA READY VERSION of your paper, whether there are changes or not. The final version should reflect any revisions made in response to comments from reviewers. In addition, all format issues must be corrected. Manuscripts not following the format required will be excluded from the conference proceedings.

The deadline for camera-ready submissions is Friday the 11th of November, 2022.

Author Policies:
Please review Springer's "Instructions for Authors of Papers to be Published in Springer Computer Science Proceedings".

Three file uploads are required as part of your submission:

  1. A .pdf of the camera-ready final version of your paper.
  2. A pre-filled License-to-Publish form signed by the corresponding author. Available Here
Note: Springer does not accept digital signatures at present.
  3. An archived folder in the form "< id >.rar/.zip" containing source files (LaTeX files with all the associated style files, special fonts and eps files, Note: Word files can also be accommodated assuming it is compliant with Springers template) and the final pdf of the paper. Authors should supply the underlying bib file for the references. Springer's typesetters will subsequently use this to create the bbl file.
  4. File upload will occur via the AICS2022 EasyChair submission page

The final version of papers that meet the eligibility requirements (excluding one-page extended abstracts or Nectar track submissions) will be included in the proceedings published with Springer’s Communications in Computer and Information Science series.

Important Guidelines for Finalization of your Manuscript:
Your name and paper title are entered in 'Title Case' NOT in 'UPPER CASE'. The names of all authors must be entered in the correct order when uploading the final version of your manuscript.

Each author should check their EasyChair account profile to ensure their personal data is accurate, up to date, and absent of spelling or other errors. What is reflected in this profile will be reflected in all subsequent platforms which share data with the Conference Paper Management System.

The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the document is viewable and absent of errors that would prevent its inclusion in the electronic proceedings.
